Much of my life was spent caring and providing for others while learning how to cope with the impact of trauma and loss. My lowest point was realizing I had lost my spark, my soul was out of alignment through my spirit with the Holy Spirit.  What changed everything was the desire to learn how to love myself. I decided I could not give what I did not have and so over many years I did the work to clarify how that would look and how to live it fully. Learning how to nurture myself as well as others gave me a comprehensive view of what could be. What helped was taking personal responsibility for my transformation and inner alignment as well as understanding intrinsic, eternal value.  And now my life is like a celebration of joy every day.

I know what it’s like to transition from building a career and raising kids to dealing with the uncertainty of “what’s next?” At a critical moment in 2008 I seemed to be living in constant grief. What shifted things for me was learning the true value of my soul and spirit. Since then I have an increasing feeling of abundance as a mirror of heaven no matter what the circumstances.

The transformation, healing and happiness I was able to experience has inspired me to help others on their journey. I had plenty of tools and wisdom from my own healing journey as I chose to pursue further education and training. Through Life Coaching, Spiritual Certification, and continued research, I began challenging the norm of fear, detachment, and the ordinary into meaningful passion and compassion for purposeful living.
